The growing demand for upscale and modern high-rise residences has prompted many developers to build apartment towers.
The Agung Podomoro Group, for instance, has completed its deluxe residential complex called The Peak at Sudirman.
The Peak at Sudirman stands on 1.5 hectares of land and consists of four towers; two 35-floor towers facing south and two 55-towers facing north.
"One of the twin 35-floor towers will be run as a serviced residence by early 2008," The Peak at Sudirman said in a statement.
The residential complex has a variety of facilities including cafe and restaurant, ATM, Olympic-size swimming pool, children's playground, jogging track, tennis court and business center.
"Security is also a high priority for The Peak at Sudirman," it said, adding that there is a 24-hour security team and a CCTV system in place. -- JP
